Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25 in 1954. She was born in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson, and Thomas Allison Lennox were her parents. Lennox studied flute, piano and harpsichord in the Royal Academy of Music London for three years throughout the 70s. She managed to make it on her student stipend as she worked part-time. Lennox was able to make a change in her career path following her dissatisfaction with her inexperience and lack of talent comparison with others Royal Academy students. Lennox became part of the group Dragons Playground as the flute player in the year 1976. However, she left prior to New Faces, the I.T.V. talent contest. The main part of her role was the singer of The Tourists from 1977 until the year 1980. They met Dave Stewart, with whom she would form the pop-duo Eurythmics. Lennox collaborated on her solo debut album Diva. It came out in 1993. In both commercial terms and critically it was a huge hit. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth album as a solo artist came out in the month of October, 2014. The C.D. Lennox has selected her top blues, soul and jazz tunes. Lepidoptera is a collection of four tracks that she improvised for piano that Lennox made available in May 2019. The E.P. is an accompanying piece of her artwork in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art called"Now, I'll let You go... The album is also her first independently released album. Then, she joined her fellow artist Dave Stewart to form the pop duo Eurythmics.
